How to clean the mesh belt slurry block?
During nonwoven fabric producing, pp drops on belt is normal problems that all customers will face.
So how to avoid or remove the drops? here are some tips for your reference:
1. To avoid the pp drops:
A.Reduce the caco3 percentage. Some customers will increase the caco3 percentage to save cost. Usually make sure it lower than 30%. because if so high, it will make the filter screen or spinneret hole lock, PP materials can not flow evenly, finally form as pp drops on belt.
B.Clean or change your spinneret. Some times if drops are many on belt, you need to check your spinneret hole firstly, you will find some holes are blocked, if so, you need to clean the hole. And if block seriously, you need to change to use new spinneret. Surely, for filter screen, you need to replace timely.
2. To remove the pp drops:
a. use small shovel and awl to remove drops carefully, then use over 300mesh sandpaper to polish the belt.
b. Use hot air gun to melt the drops, then remove and polish.
c. Use high pressure water gun to clean, then remove and polish.
